When should i expect to receive my order

We aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days, however during our during busy periods such as restocks this may be slightly delayed.

Are orders are sent using EVRI which takes approximately 2-3 working days. For any questions relating to orders please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

How do I clean my wax warmer?

Allow the wax to cool and harden, then gently remove it from the warmer. You can also place the warmer dish in the freezer for a few minutes to facilitate easy removal.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

Yes, we offer bulk orders and can discuss custom orders. Please contact us directly to inquire about specific requests.

How should I store unused wax melts?

Store your unused wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This helps preserve the fragrance for a longer period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept card payments, Paypal for online purchases. Aswell as cash in-store

Returns Policy

At Scent Collective, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the item.


To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase with your return.


Refunds will be issued within [X] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility
